Past Seminars and Presentations:

  • Getting More Out of Your Customer Satisfaction Research and Knowing It's Right:  Techniques for Validating and Optimizing the Intelligence Gained, by Susan Devlin.  A half day workshop taught for the Institute for International Research.  Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Surveys Conference, January 29-31, 2003, in Ft Lauderdale.  Information and Registration will be available on the  Institute for International Research website, mention the Artemis Group and receive $200 dollars off of registration fees.

  • Identifying & Quantifying Opportunities to Increase the Value of Financial Services through Online Research, by Susan Devlin, Calvin Bierley and Mike Dunn from Boeing Employees' Credit Union.  A presentation for the Web-based Surveys and Usability Testing conference on October 27-30, 2002, in San Francisco.
